2. Reservations and Confirmations

• All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.

• A valid email address, contact number, and payment guarantee (credit/debit card or advance deposit) are required to confirm bookings.

• The hotel reserves the right to cancel unconfirmed or fraudulent reservations without prior notice.

• Room rates are subject to change without prior notice and may vary by season, occupancy, and promotional offers.

• Any special requests (e.g., room preferences, early check-in) are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

3. Check-In and Check-Out Policy

• Check-In Time: 2:00 PM  Check-Out Time: 12:00 PM

• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

• All guests must present a valid government-issued ID or passport at the time of check-in.

• Visitors of in-house guests must register at the front desk as per local regulations.

4. Payment Policy

• Payments can be made through valid credit/debit cards, UPI, or approved online payment gateways.

• For prepaid bookings, full payment must be received prior to arrival.

• Additional charges (minibar, laundry, dining, etc.) incurred during the stay must be settled before check-out.

• The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Guaranteed Reservations:
  All confirmed bookings are considered guaranteed. To avoid cancellation charges, cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.

• Cancellations within 5–7 Days:
  Cancellations received between 5 and 7 days prior to the date of arrival will incur a one-night stay charge.

• Cancellations within 5 Days or Later:
  For cancellations received less than 5 days before arrival, or in case of a no-show, the entire stay amount will be charged as cancellation fee.

• Early Departures:
  In case of early check-out after arrival, a charge equivalent to the originally booked stay will be applicable.

• Group Bookings & Special Events:
  Different cancellation terms may apply for group reservations, peak season periods, or special promotions. Such terms will be communicated at the time of booking.

6. Guest Conduct and Responsibilities

• Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, property, and other guests.

• Any form of misconduct, harassment, illegal activity, or property damage may lead to eviction and/or prosecution.

• Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.

• The hotel is not responsible for loss or damage to valuables left unattended in rooms or public areas. A safe deposit facility is available at the reception.

7. Use of the Website
