At Dahabi Hotels, we understand that travel plans may change unexpectedly. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy is designed to provide flexibility while ensuring fairness and clarity for all guests.

1. Cancellation Policy

• Guaranteed Reservations:
  All confirmed bookings are considered guaranteed. To avoid cancellation charges, cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.

• Cancellations within 5–7 Days:
  Cancellations received between 5 and 7 days prior to the date of arrival will incur a one-night stay charge.

• Cancellations within 5 Days or Later:
  For cancellations received less than 5 days before arrival, or in case of a no-show, the entire stay amount will be charged as cancellation fee.

• Early Departures:
  In case of early check-out after arrival, a charge equivalent to the originally booked stay will be applicable.

• Group Bookings & Special Events:
  Different cancellation terms may apply for group reservations, peak season periods, or special promotions. Such terms will be communicated at the time of booking.

2. Refund Policy

• Eligible refunds (as per the above policy) will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.

• Bank or payment gateway delays may affect the actual credit timeline.

• In case of advance payments made through third-party platforms (such as travel agents or online booking websites), refunds will be processed as per their respective policies.

3. No-Show Policy

If a guest fails to arrive without prior cancellation, the entire booking amount for the stay will be charged, and no refund will be applicable.

4. Modifications & Date Changes

• Reservation modifications are subject to availability and applicable rate differences at the time of change.

• If new travel dates fall under a higher rate or restricted period, the revised rate will apply.

5. Force Majeure

Dahabi Hotels shall not be liable for cancellations or changes due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, strikes, health emergencies, or transportation disruptions. In such cases, the hotel may offer rebooking options or credits at its discretion.
